A police officer has launched his own 'Honor and Respect' sneaker after Nike pulled their 'July 4' shoe which featured the original Betsy Ross flag following objections from NFL star Colin Kaepernick.
Ron Slagle, an Air Force veteran, from Iowa, has said the proceeds he takes from selling the sneaker will go to funds that help officers who are suffering with post traumatic stress disorder.
